The members of our team come from a variety of backgrounds and each brings their own expertise and enthusiasm to the everyday life @ ITC.
We are friendly and real people who are all working to give the very best and make sure that our clients are making the best use of technology to drive their company forwards.
Rupert Walmsley – Founder & Managing Director
Rupert began his career by working with his father with whom he later founded ITC. He has worked with computers and networks all of his working life – 15 years, so far. Rupert’s area of expertise is helping small businesses with computer systems and support, and he is an expert in designing the best possible IT solution for our clients.
Hobbies: Rupert loves travelling, motor sports and enjoys spending his free time with family and friends.
Kate Ames – Customer Service Manager
Kate has worked in customer focused industries since leaving school including several years working abroad for a sports tour operator. Kate has worked at ITC for 6 years and she is the first person you are likely to speak to. She is responsible for domain management, billing and enjoys keeping our customers happy.
Hobbies: Kate enjoys travel and photography which she likes to combine where possible. She also enjoys walking and kayaking on the Dorset coast.
Andrzej (Andrew) Ostropolski – IT Support Engineer
Andrew started his IT career 20 years ago in his home town in Poland. He then moved with his family to London where he continued to gain valuable experience and technical knowledge, building on his love for computers. At ITC, Andrew provides IT support to all of our customers and ensures that client’s systems work at their best at all times.
Hobbies: Andrew’s second passion is tropical fish which he breeds. He also likes watching sport, mainly Formula 1 and English Premier League.
Marta Kot – Marketing & PR Co-ordinator
Marta is the youngest member of our team who joined ITC in 2012. She is trained in PR & marketing communications, and is responsible for developing ITC’s brand across all aspects of online and offline marketing & PR, including running our website, social media accounts, and producing our monthly e-mail Newsletter.
Hobbies: Marta has played the piano since she was 10 and salsa dancing and windsurfing are her after work activities.
Fiona Earle – Bookkeeper
Fiona comes into our office on a weekly basis and does a great job looking after our books, paying bills and keeping the taxman happy.
Hobbies: Away from work, Fiona loves sailing and travelling in her VW Campervan.
Rob Chambers – IT Technician
Rob is a part-time member of our team who provides additional support and installation assistance during busy times. He has a young family and he is just as much of a geek outside of working hours as he is at work.
