The members of our team come from a variety of backgrounds and each brings their own expertise and enthusiasm to the everyday life @ ITC.

We are friendly and real people who are all working to give the very best and make sure that our clients are making the best use of technology to drive their company forwards.


Rupert Walmsley – Founder & Managing Director

Rupert began his career by working with his father with whom he later founded ITC. He has worked with computers and networks all of his working life – 17 years, so far. Rupert’s area of expertise is helping small businesses with computer systems and support, and he is an expert in designing the best possible IT solution for our clients.

Hobbies: Rupert loves traveling, motor sports and enjoys spending his free time with family and friends.



CharliCharli Stickland – Customer Services Manager

As the customer services manager Charli’s role within the company is predominantly to care for our customers; she loves working with people and is experienced in customer facing roles. She is also involved with administration, billing, marketing and sales. Charli is focused on ensuring that our customers have a solution that works for them. From an early age Charli enjoyed watching her Dad build and fix computers and has always been interested in keeping up with the newest technology.

Hobbies: In her spare time Charli enjoys reading, graphic novels, gaming, drawing, knitting and spending time with friends.


GeorgeGeorge Goodband – Systems Administrator

George started working in IT at an early age when he used to build and fix computers for people in his small village. His first job was in a Secondary school that he attended and after spending 3 years there he moved over to ITC and is now the 2nd Level Support Technician / Systems Administrator.

Hobbies: When he’s not at work George likes listening to music, tinkering with his computer and gaming.




RoisinRoisin Carey – Customer Services and Administration Coordinator

As the Customer Services Co-ordinator, Roisin’s role within the company requires her to communicate on the phone regularly. She enjoys gathering the detail needed for support tickets from the customers and talking with the customers about their concerns. The majority of her experience is within the customer service field and so she is used to communicating with customers on a regular basis. She loves to learn and believes that working in customer services is a constant opportunity for learning as no two calls are the same. Roisin enjoys problem solving aspects of administration and the responsibilities and procedures involved. She comes from a family of computer fanatics and loved gaming with her brothers and sisters from a young age – although it could get pretty competitive.

Hobbies: Reading, Gardening, Playing her Xbox, Writing, Rugby and spending time with family and friends



MarkMark Ratkai – Support Technician

Mark’s passion for computers started with a 90 Mhz IBM when he was 15 and he started his ‘career’ with repairing friends’ and family members’ devices. After he finished school and got certification in computer science and CISCO studies he started working as a trainee system administrator. He has also worked as a graphic designer for a brief amount of time. Mark was born in Hungary, and grew up in the capital city, Budapest. Mark believes in never-ending education and learning and also likes to train himself by going to the gym.

Hobbies: Mark enjoys computer games, hiking, traveling, gym but usually finds he has more plans than freetime.



FionaFiona Earle – Bookkeeper

Fiona is our bookkeeper and does a great job looking after our books, paying bills and keeping the taxman happy.

Hobbies: Away from work, Fiona loves sailing and traveling in her VW Campervan.
