Client Heartbeat Results

Customer engagement is very important to us and, from feedback we have received, it is important to you too. As part of our mission to engage more with our customers and to understand their needs better we have been sending out a quarterly Client Heartbeat to find out how we are doing in our customer’s eyes. The Client Heartbeat is a survey which asks 4 questions surrounding Accuracy, Partnership, Promptness and Helpfulness and it also provides us with an overall score for the service which we are providing.

This is fantastic to see! Each piece of feedback received, is being used to improve the service we are providing to our customers and it is great to know that this is clear to our customers.

We are aiming for 10 out of 10 in each area but receiving feedback (particularly specific feedback) means that we can carry on improving and striving to provide you will the best service that we can.
