Say hello to Roisin and Mark, the new members of the ITC Team
This month we have welcomed two new members into the ITC Team and we are very pleased to introduce them to you.
A little about Roisin
Roisin (said roh-sheen or Rosh if you prefer) has started work with us as our Admin and Customer Services Coordinator so don’t be surprised if you hear a new voice on the end of the phone. Roisin is replacing Charli in the role but don’t worry Charli isn’t going anywhere; she will be focusing on Customer Services, Sales and Account Management instead!
Roisin has recently completed her degree at Aberystwyth University. With a good background in Customer Services and a passion for organisation and learning, Rosh is hoping to bring her skills to ITC and learn a little more about computers and technology a long the way. Roisin enjoys watching rugby, gaming and reading in her spare time. She also loves to spend time socialising with her friends and family.

A little about Mark
Mark is filling the position of First Level Support Technician and is excited to speak to our customers and provide them with support. Mark has been studying and working within the sphere of IT for 10 years with various focuses including network and system configuration. In his spare time Mark loves staying active by going to the gym, hiking and playing football. He also enjoys spending time on the internet and practicing his web design skills.
