I would like to thank Rupert at ITC for recently taking over and organising the Email and Web hosting for our business. They were advised that we were experiencing a number of difficulties with our previous supplier and with email being the primary method of communication between us and our clients we simply could not afford to experience the downtime, logging in problems and general absence of any support when things went wrong. To this date I cannot begin to fathom why our previous email provider decided that all our passwords were incorrect overnight, I don’t know why much of our day to day email was treated as spam, I simply have no explanation as to why we did not get any email for a whole week (particularly as the support staff at the other firm claimed he was “hosting an airline on the same platform”) but quite simply our computer said No! When I contacted ITC, I immediately felt confident that they would provide a solution for us, despite the challenges with our existing web and email host providers you navigated through all these difficulties, they managed to recover all of the lost emails for the week and I am delighted to sat that our new Microsoft Exchange service provided by ITC is working like a dream!
