It is now over a year since my last testimonial, which means that another is well and truly overdue! This was reinforced by the service that DTL has received from ITC during the last week. Andrew identified on Wednesday morning that Debbie’s laptop had a corrupt profile, so that she was unable to access our network as she should – this was having a significantly detrimental impact on her ability to work. Andrew diagnosed that he needed the laptop in his office urgently, to copy files, for re-installs etc. As you know, he arranged for you to collect the laptop on Thursday morning which was then passed to Andrew so that he could get on with the job, which he clearly did, because you then kindly reappeared with the laptop on Friday morning, the job having been done!! Thanks to you guys, Debbie lost hardly and computer time at all. I cannot imagine the problem being sorted more quickly, efficiently or effortlessly (on our part!) than it was. And I believe this service was provided and carried out under our maintenance contract. Apart from turning up at the office with freshly baked cake and a bottle of wine to thank me for the loan of our broken laptop, I cannot imagine a more perfect service!!! As if that was not enough, Andrew worked tirelessly and devotedly, remotely on the laptop on Monday and Tuesday of this week configuring one or two further aspects for us. He treats us as if we are his only client, which is exceptional client service. Please thank him for us and a big thanks to you too for enabling and training your team to perform at this level.
