The results of our 5th Customer Satisfaction Survey

Many thanks to those of you who dedicated a few minutes of your time to let us know what you think about the IT support we CCS Q1 2013provide you.

In this Quarter the average score you gave us was 8.7, which is higher than in December and in the survey before – thank you!

We are very happy about receiving the maximum score, 10 out of 10, from 24 of the survey recipients for “always having a quick response to my questions” or “sorting our problems personally”.

No matter how nice it is to hear your words of praise, we are equally grateful for any improvements you suggest; James for example, hinted that he would like us to contact him more, to which we’re going to respond with a commitment to give our clients phone calls more often so that we can make sure your systems are all working fine. In turn Anne, asked whether we could respond quicker to your issues and so we aim to do by having taken on board Tom, our new Apprentice IT technician, who will help Andrew with providing support to you.
