BT outage blocks customers’ access to their webpages and email
On Tuesday 6/12/2011 from 1pm some of our clients using BT broadband have been experiencing problems affecting access to their websites and email.
We are pleased to inform that all ITC services are up and running and we are not aware of any interruption. The issue seems to be on BT DNS servers’ site. To solve this problem we recommend switching DNS to OPENDNS service: 220.127.116.11 and 18.104.22.168
This solution has worked for most of our customers who use BT broadband.
