Customer Satisfaction Survey results & our donation to Charity
Our May Customer Satisfaction survey covered the same questions as the previous surveys and as always provided us with insightful comments. However, the difference was that this time by completing the survey you contributed to the donation to our local charity. For each completed survey we’ve donated £1 to Naomi House hospice for children in Winchester. Thank you all on behalf of the Naomi House!
In this Quarter the average score you gave us was 8.1 out of 10.
It was most kind of you to say that we always do what we promise, we offer a good value for money and ITC is excellent for business IT support.

This comment summarises ITC’s business philosophy – do your best, but always try to develop. In the name of this rule we are definitely going to take on board the improvements you’ve suggested: we will make sure you all know how we are different from our competitors by emphasising the difference more often on our website, in our monthly Newsletter and in individual conversations with you.
We were happy to hear that many of you have noticed the improvement to our response times, following feedback we received in the last survey. The comments reflect the amount of effort we have put in to reduce the amount of time it takes to resolve issues on average, and is partly due to the benefit of Tom joining the technical team. We still have high expectations and a while to go before we’ll reach our response targets, but we appreciate your input and are doing our best to constantly improve the service we provide.
