Don’t recognise an email from us?
Our helpdesk is changing but our service isn’t.
Back in October we joined forces with Net Primates and one of the changes this brings is new branding for our helpdesk.
Shortly, you will notice that when you email email@example.com you will receive a response from 365IT Support and the logo will look like this:
That’s it. So no need to worry, nothing else is changing right now and you can still raise support tickets just by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. As usual, the tickets received will be triaged and responded to by our team.
