The ITC office will be closed between Christmas and New Year.

Final order dates
The deadline to order hardware for installation is 15:30pm Friday 16th of December, all software and services must be ordered by Tuesday 20th December 17:00. Any orders received after these days will not be processed until Tuesday 3rd January 2017.
Having an emergency during Christmas?
If you require urgent support during the Christmas break please send an email to helpdesk@itcweb.co.uk (not an individual staff member) and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
We’ll be monitoring the support desk and all servers throughout the festive period, and all non-urgent support requests will be dealt with on a priority basis when we reopen in January.
Calls to our office number will all go through to our Voicemail and messages will be processed in the same was as the emails.
