ITC Festive Opening Times
The ITC office will be closed between Christmas and New Year.

Final order dates
The deadline to order hardware for installation is 3:30pm Friday 15th of December, all software and services must be ordered by Tuesday 19th December 17:00. Any orders received after these times will not be processed until Tuesday 2rd January 2018.
Having an emergency during Christmas?
If you require urgent support during the Christmas break please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org (not an individual staff member) and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
We’ll be monitoring the support desk and all servers throughout the festive period, and all non-urgent support requests will be dealt with on a priority basis when we reopen in January.
Calls to our office number will all go through to our Voicemail and messages will be processed in the same way as the emails.
