Service improvements: Monthly Billing
We are improving your services!
In our quest to ensure that you receive the best service possible we are making some improvements based on feedback that we have received.
As of 1st of December, all of your ITC services will be invoiced on a monthly recurring billing cycle.
The services affected will be:
- Small Business Hosting Packages
- GSuite (Google Apps for Work)
- Hosted Exchange
- Small Business Backup
- ITC Support Agent and AntiVirus Service
When any of these services comes up for renewal they will be billed on a recurring monthly basis. Invoices for all monthly services are generated on the 1st of the Month.
If you already receive a monthly invoice the service will be added to your usual invoice automatically.
You do not need to do anything as the direct debit will also be updates automatically.
If you do not currently receive monthly invoices you will begin to be invoiced on the 1st of every month.
The monthly invoices are subject to our usual 14 day payment terms. We provide a Direct Debit service which many of our existing monthly service customers use. If you would like to set up a direct debit mandate with us please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you no longer require a service then please let us know as usual.
To simplify your service billing we are aligning all recurring services with the latest supplier prices. This change will happen when your service is changed to monthly billing, some of you will not see any change but it will result in savings for many of our customers.
