Inbound Phone Problems
2015.08.24 11:45: We are currently experiencing problems with inbound calls to our office, and although our phones are ringing callers are unable to hear us. We have escalated this issue to our telecoms supplier and are waiting for a response.
We have temporarily diverted all calls to our answering service, and will return all calls as quickly as possible in the order they are received. Thank you for your patience at this time, and we will post an update here when the situation is resolved.
Update 2015.08.24 16:30: We’re pleased that as of about an hour ago our inbound calls started working correctly, and our telecoms provider confirmed the issue was confirmed by BT as a problem with a Voice Gateway in Birmigham, which has now been resolved.
