Say hello to Charli – our new Customer Services Co-ordinator
My name’s Charli, or Charlotte if you prefer, and this week I joined the team at ITC as the Customer Services Co-ordinator. I recently graduated from the University of Sussex where I spent three years reading Anthropology and development studies. I enjoy helping resolve people’s issues and have plenty of experience within customer services, so this is a great opportunity for me. I’m looking forward to talking to and meeting all our customers!
Southampton is my hometown and I am pleased to be back here.
Charli and IT
I am really interested in all topics related to technology as my Father is a computer technician; I grew up watching and helping him build computers, getting rid of viruses and all sorts. It’s really interesting working in a setting where computer help and advice is provided all the time. I am learning so much, not just about administration, but about the more technical side of things too.
Apart from broadening my knowledge of IT, I enjoy reading, drawing, gaming and travelling to Brighton regularly to see University friends.
