Not being one to generally jump head first without being absolutely certain of the outcome, it is more than six months since I engaged the team at ITC. Should have used their services sooner, as they have been able to demonstrate secure handling of sensitive material, and very up to date data protection knowledge. Crucial to my business is trust and security, and all of my concerns have been handled exceptionally and without question. The service provided is not the standard 'oh you need a new one of these' and they thrive on a challenge. I am pretty tech aware, so believe me I have challenged, and come away confident that ITC are very much fit for purpose. Recommend anyone I can to get in touch.

I would like to thank Rupert at ITC for recently taking over and organising the Email and Web hosting for our business. They were advised that we were experiencing a number of difficulties with our previous supplier and with email being the primary method of communication between us and our clients we simply could not afford to experience the downtime, logging in problems and general absence of any support when things went wrong. To this date I cannot begin to fathom why our previous email provider decided that all our passwords were incorrect overnight, I don't know why much of our day to day email was treated as spam, I simply have no explanation as to why we did not get any email for a whole week (particularly as the support staff at the other firm claimed he was "hosting an airline on the same platform") but quite simply our computer said No! When I contacted ITC, I immediately felt confident that they would provide a solution for us, despite the challenges with our existing web and email host providers you navigated through all these difficulties, they managed to recover all of the lost emails for the week and I am delighted to sat that our new Microsoft Exchange service provided by ITC is working like a dream! Thank you Rupert, you said Yes when I need a solution, I would be happy to recommend any business experience IT challenges to speak to you, I am certain when it comes to IT there is no issue that you cannot resolve.

I would like to thank ITC on how helpful they have been when we have needed Technical help, when we have notified them of problems, they have helped us sort the problems over the phone and when this has not been possible, coming over to help us. When we engaged ITC to look after the IT for our accountancy practice, we knew (through other business contacts) that Rupert was a very decent and reliable person, with a string of happy clients. Rupert or Andrew has always been in-touch right away, and when needed been on-site with us very promptly and stayed until the problem has been resolved, and that we are completely reassured. We could not recommend ITC more highly, based on the outstanding service they have given us. As an accountancy firm, we are totally dependent on our IT systems. ITC have given us the peace of mind to enable us to sleep easier at night!

We would like to thank ITC for the excellent service they have provided us over the past three years.
