Following a recent problem we has with the loss of saved emails, I would like to thank you for your assistance in trying to recover them. Even though we had no support agreement with you I was particularly grateful that you came over to our office immediately and retrieved 99% of what our previous provider told us was 100% lost. This highlighted an area of vulnerability to us and the decision to change our email and web hosting to ITC was an easy one. The whole process was very simple and straight forward and didn't involve any disruption or downtime to our business. I would particularly like to thanks Andrew for all of his help during the process and I would have no hesitation in recommending ITC to others for any IT services.

Rupert and Andrew have for years now looked after our IT equipment and as we've grown and technology has advanced - they've kept our PC's working. So when my triple-screen experienced a hiccup with the video card last year, they quickly replaced the hardware necessary. Unfortunately, my PC continued to act up - but they kept coming up with possible solutions to return things to normal. And when one of my assistants found his laptop died, they saved the data off the machine and even lent us a replacement before setting us up with a new laptop. It is now over a year since my last testimonial, which means that another is well and truly overdue! This was reinforced by the service that DTL has received from ITC during the last week. Andrew identified on Wednesday morning that Debbie's laptop had a corrupt profile, so that she was unable to access our network as she should - this was having a significantly detrimental impact on her ability to work. Andrew diagnosed that he needed the laptop in his office urgently, to copy files, for re-installs etc. As you know, he arranged for you to collect the laptop on Thursday morning which was then passed to Andrew so that he could get on with the job, which he clearly did, because you then kindly reappeared with the laptop on Friday morning, the job having been done!! Thanks to you guys, Debbie lost hardly and computer time at all. I cannot imagine the problem being sorted more quickly, efficiently or effortlessly (on our part!) than it was. And I believe this service was provided and carried out under our maintenance contract. Apart from turning up at the office with freshly baked cake and a bottle of wine to thank me for the loan of our broken laptop, I cannot imagine a more perfect service!!! As if that was not enough, Andrew worked tirelessly and devotedly, remotely on the laptop on Monday and Tuesday of this week configuring one or two further aspects for us. He treats us as if we are his only client, which is exceptional client service. Please thank him for us and a big thanks to you too for enabling and training your team to perform at this level. We have been using ITC for many years now and the best thing is that nothing is ever too much trouble. From the smallest, user issue to a whole new system, Rupert's team at ITC are efficient, friendly and helpful, getting the job done with minimum fuss. Having remote support is a godsend as it means that 90% of the issues are dealt with, without seeing anybody; things just get fixed! If you want a great service from a company that is big enough to cope and small enough to care, then look no further than ITC.

I am not sure what ITC have done to our computers but whatever it is they now work. This may seem a strange way of expressing our gratitude but ITC are the first computer geeks I have met who not only understand our problems but sort them out as well. Thank you for such a superb service. You and your staff are expert at dealing with computer illiterate customers in such a charming fashion. I would not hesitate to recommend ITC to any company whether they are computer literate or not.

I had a one to one with Rupert at ITC on 1st April. We discussed my PC and off site backups and general day to day house keeping of data etc. Not being the most computer literate person I felt completely at ease and was able to ask fairly basic questions that something I think I should know the answers too!!! My really old printer then finally gave up on me, I emailed Rupert who asked a few questions and then pointed me in the direction of an HP Officejet. The printer was installed within two days by a very helpful chap called Rob, who showed me how to use it and then went through my PC removing programs I didn't use or need. The off site backup has now also been installed. I have signed up to ITC's monthly care plan so that in the event of a problem I have someone to call and can get immediate assistance. The peace of mind this has brought me is invaluable and I will not hesitate in recommending ITC.

I would like to say a very big thank you to ITC for the recent support provided during our migration from our previous server host to our new VPS with ITC. I was most impressed with the co-ordination organised with our previous provider to ensure that there was a seamless transition. We now have a faster and more stable platform managed by a very professional team. As with any transfer from one platform to another there will alwats be a couple of little hitches, these were kept to an absolute minimum and when we did discover a slight problem, it was immediately resolved resulting in no loss of business or stress on our side. My co-director was very appreciative for the phone call last week when he was having problems connecting his PC to the net, ITC instantly knew what the problem could be and helped him resolve the issue over the phone. Thank you again for your fast and professional response, it is always difficult building relationships with a supplier who is a 'Distress Purchase' but I sleep better knowing we are now in very safe hands.
